The sessions shed light on the scope of work undertaken by the three organisations, as well as the various meaningful ways aspiring defence engineers can contribute to safeguard Singapore.

Following that, students and parents toured and explored exhibits featuring the diverse projects and innovative work from DSTA, DSO and CSIT. The engineers were present to share about their work, which ranged from maritime artificial intelligence to smart facilities and more.

“The tea session gave me an opportunity to show students how we leverage tech to help keep Singapore safe, and I hope that has inspired students to pursue a meaningful career in defence,” said Senior Engineer (C3 Development) Puan Xue Peng.
