The National Engineering Programme Centre is responsible for the acquisition and integration of Command, Control and Communications (C3) and Modelling and Simulation systems for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). The Programme Centre harnesses multidisciplinary technologies to deliver system-of-systems capabilities – for example, Island Air Defence.
The Programme Centre is also responsible for bringing together technical expertise to develop engineering solutions in C3 and national initiatives for the public service, such as Smart Nation.
